I hear ya loud and clear. I am getting old [65] and I am sick and tired of the BS coming from way too many quarters.
I won't make this political or economic as such, but too many people at the top end of society care little to nothing about the regular bloke and times are getting tougher in so many ways. What's more, while technology is made to look attractive to the regular bloke, those at the top end of society use that technology to spy on and manipulate the regular bloke, and that was the plan from word go.
I just had a bitch about Win 10 on the 'it's going to subscription thread', and quite rightly so. However, Win 10 isn't the only tech designed and being designed to manipulate, track and spy on end users. Cell phones, tablets and so many other devices have the ability to pry deep into our lives, and apart from going 100% tech free, there's eff all we can do about it.
