I updated my setup with a 30 inch IPS monitor and felt the need to redo the whole shebang.
Thought it a good time to share setup shots. Anyone?
EDIT: I think my cameras suck.
Yup, it's a great desk, love the design. When I first saw it at Officeworks I just had to have one... can't wait to get it all set up again, though I need a new office chair due to my current one losing height after a short while sitting in it. Mind you, I've had it a few years and it has served me well, so I can't complain, and I did see one at Officeworks recently that I quite Like.
She's not coming back, not that it bothers me any. Apparently, all the hate, spite and nastiness was over something I supposedly did to upset her nearly 40 years ago, and getting me to move in with her was a part of a clalculated plan to 'so-say' pay me back and ruin my life, like I supposedly ruined hers and others.
All's I can say is good riddance, she can stay in the UK.
Yeah, I have one of those now... a 23" HP with onboard stereo sound by Beats. It's not too shabby at all and compliments Win 8.1 nicely.. and it was at a not too shabby price into the bargain. Was AUD$279.00 on special at Officeworks, and touchscreens this size are often quite a bit more than that.
I wasn't overly keen on the idea of a desktop touchscreen before, but after getting my HP laptop/tablet combo with touchscreen it seemed like a natural progression, and being a Win 8.1 Pro tablet it just fits perfectly into my Win 8.1 setup for phone and desktop. After using it for a couple of months now I could never, ever see myself using another Android device ever again, it's bloody fantastic.
Mark, this one is a Samsung 24 inch. And the best thing about it is that it slants well, for ergonomics.

The HP one I have has an adjustable lickstand like the MS Surface tablets, as does my HP tablet-come-laptop. Both are highly adjustable and just great to use

Glad I didn't pay that [HP] price for mine, tho.
I just sold an HP 23 inch Touchsmart All In One Desktop to someone here at WC. It was a good one.
Just sold this as well, to someone else. Acer Switch 10 2in1 laptop/tablet.

This is my Alienware XP Rig
Damn dude I'm leavin my girlfriend and moving in wit U! Do I need to take a number to use this???? My motor home is loaded and I will be there in 24 hours. I'll bring da beer!
Haven't worked in 9 years....gotta get some money in the house!!
Wanna get some Money inda house RED I gotta job for ya!
I was looking at the HP 23" All-In-One when I purchased my monitor and quite liked the idea, but at $1299.00 it was more than I wanted to spend at that time.... and being I already have 3 working desktop PCs, I didn't really need it anyway. Not that not needing something has stopped me in the past if I ever wanted something badly enough. However, ne could be a consideration as a newtworked PC for the bedside in the future., though my laptop-come-tablet fits that bill very well and is likely easier to handle in that situation.
As for the Acer Switch, I had a look at it and other laptops that swiveled 360 degrees, but I wanted something that came apart and could be used as a Win 8.1 tablet independently.... hence the HP Envy X2 Again, I did not pay HP's advertised price... well, well below it, in fact.... about $500 less from Officeworks.
Acer switch does come apart into two pieces so you can use the screen part as a tablet only. The picture doesn't show that.
Dunno what Hp 23 inch all in one you looked at but mine was only $525.00.
Not the one I looked at. There were several models to choose from but none that converted into a Win 8.1 tablet. There was one there that came apart, but it was of no interest to me because it ran Win 8.1 when in notebook mode, and Android when in tablet mode. That was of no use to me... it had to be fully Win 8.1 or nothing.
As for the HP All-In-One, the one I looked at was a more expensive Intel version with a 3.0ghz quad core and 8gb of RAM. There are cheaper AMD models [and some Intel ones] that 'may' have interested me, but they had none of those in stock at the time so I couldn'e evaluate whether I'd get one or not.
As for the price, you have to remember that I'm speaking Aus dollars here, and right now the AUD$ is only buying 78 US cents... which would explain a part of the price difference, and thens there's the different pricing on the various models. Besides, we Aussies have always paid more, especially for PC tech, with high gov't duties and taxes being the first additions to the cost.

I had this one. It comes apart. No Android involved.
Check the video.
Just bought this. So far, I like it.
